Hi I am putting up one of my sites for sale. It is in the skin care industry, it is a affiliate site. Nothing fancy just high quality unique content in a review style I guess you could say I currently have 5 different type of skin care products on the site which obviously you may change. It is well optimized for seo. I currently have built a strong network around it for maximum search engine results along with unique articles. I have been focusing on building a lot of high pr backlinks in anchor text as well as url links. Most are pr 5 to 9. I built this site for longevity in a strong longterm niche. This niche is highly competetive but I have built a styrong foundation to rise the serps and stay among the top for long term. I am currently averaging 175.00 weekly on this site but it will grow much higher with continuing seo and backlinking. I have put in around 50 high pr links in the past 3 to 4 weeks so whoever purchases the site will have the benfits from it as well as the work you continue to put in it. It has a keyword rich domain as well. I was trying to build a strong authority type site but I have too many projects going on to put in the time to get it where I envisioned it. It is a evergreen niche that will be around as long as people want to improve there appearanace. I am also willing to add anywhere from 50 to 180 more high pr backlinks depending on the final sale price. I have built this site in XSP 2 so that is how I will send the files to you. I have never sold a site before so this is my first and I really dont want to sell this but I have too many other sites that I am focusing on that are more profitable currently and I want to continue to make them authority sites.
