I am the owner of Rockstar Music and Rockstar Clothing project. I am selling part of it to an individual or company who sees the potential in it and who could also contribute to its development with your experience and knowledge. The project is quite huge with tons of potential and my main goal is to make it big and sell for high $$$ at the end. I specialize in creating and selling large international projects (www.LuxuryHomesNetwork.com is one of them) but with this one I need all the help and of course money I can get.

So here is the thing. I live in Europe and have trademarks right for using the word Rockstar as well as using the following logo (see below) for clothing, cosmetics, organization of concerts, etc throughout Europe and parts of Asia (It took me almost 3 years to get them). I have three other trademarks pending in US and EU for promotion of music and bands online and own around 30 rockstar domains.

For the last 2 years I focused mostly on selling clothes online (I only had domain www.rock-star.com at the time) but then I decided to change the entire concept into music website. About a year ago I started buying rockstar domains names from individuals since not a single one except rockstar.ie was available. I paid over $12.000 for rockstar.co.uk and $10.000 for rockstar.ru so you can imagine I spent A LOT of money on all of them.

Anyway as I said the project is now music oriented and after a year of development the website is online and in 2 weeks since the official launch there were already 400 band signups. We are working on new lyrics section (will have about 300k lyrics in it) and I would also like to add band biographies to the website in the next 6 months. The website will be translated into 10 languages so the promotion will be massive.

There are so many ways in making money if we do this right that it shouldn't take long for your investment to be repaid. Here is earnings structure:

1.Currently website is free for all bands but once we get big enough we'll start charging for “Platinum membership” (didn’t know how to explain this) which will offer bands more promotion and additional features

2.We became affiliates of Max Bounty, Neverblue ads, CJ, etc and are just setting up ringtone campaign. As you can see ringtone buttons are implemented into every player on band profile page

3.iTunes: We are affiliates of iTunes and bands have the option to add their iTunes link next to every song and album. So if somebody click on the link and downloads the song from iTunes we get the %

4.Amazon: Same as with iTunes just that songs need to be downloaded via Amazon

5.Featured artists. Right now this is free but in the future we'll charge for being a featured artist

6.We are working on featured albums section for what we'll also charge

7.Clothing ... I am not focusing on this so much right now but with the trademarks rights we have we can do the following. Sell clothes ourselves or sell the rights to some apparel company.

8.Selling advertising space on the website (could be used for banners or for AdSense)

9.Selling concert tickets (right now we became StubHub affiliates)

There is more but you get the point....

Now I guess you are wondering why I am selling part of the project. Well the first thing would be money. I invested way more than I thought I would and now I need additional capital to further develop the project and of course for marketing campaign. Here is a list of things money will be used on:

1.For trademarks. I would like to file for additional trademarks in US, EU and Asia (will explain everything to the smallest details upon your request)

2.For further development of the website (more details upon request)

3.Purchase of additional domains (I am already in contact with current owners)

4.For online and print promotion to really kick off the project

5.Servers

As I said I am mostly interested in developing the project and then selling it. There would be tons of potential buyers ... for example record labels, other Rockstar companies, music stores, etc. We'll see what happens in the future but right now that's the plan. When I find a partner we'll set down and discuss everything and set the strategy together. Perhaps somebody has all different way of seeing things as I do. I would be willing to sell 25% of the project except if the offer would be impossible for me to resist. You will receive part ownership of trademarks, domain names, websites, etc. We’ll have a lawyer set up a contract so you can be 100% everything is as it should be.

Yes there are several music website out there which are way more established then this one but I am looking for somebody who sees full potential this project has (especially with the name, logo and domain names).
