Currently, there are three sources of revenue are on the site: Ebay, Adsense and Commission Junction. Plus, I have a number of other affiliate programs to sign up with.

The primary method of earning revenue is by selling scuba diving gear from affiliate programs.

Features 10 unique articles. Video RSS feeds keep the site updated constantly and automatically.

Each article in this site targets a keyword phrase.

The urls for each article have been optimized to target the keywords to get a better ranking. A sitemap page is also included to provide links to each page in the site.

4) Professional and Unique Design

The design is 100% unique and will never be sold again on the marketplace.

5) Plugins

I will also provide you with 20+ high quality plugins, including the most important ones for SEO.

6) Hosting

You will receive 3 free months of hosting. I will transfer the site for you for free if you so choose free of charge. I will not however transfer it to Godaddy or any host that doesn't have Fantastico installer. If you want to host with me after the year, it will be $10 a month.

Additional Content

I will include 30 additional articles that you can use to add to the site over time. These articles are very exclusive, but they are not unique. I recommend rewriting a few paragraphs in each article to make them unique. This saves you a lot of time and money, since you won't have to write the articles from scratch or hire someone else to write them for you. You will have to rewrite them completely to to submit to directories such as Ezine.
