This auction is for a high earning Adsense website with a strong domain name and a stable base of referring sites. The click-through rate is not far off 5% and individual clicks are in the range of $0.80 to $3.00.
At its peak it was making $500 each month without much trouble, and is currently at around $300 each month. The reason for selling the site is that I simply don't have the time to look after it in the way I would like to.
None of the traffic to the site is paid for, rather, the promotion is all free. I am happy to provide all my promotion tactics (and all my logins for these tactics!) to the winning bidder as well as suggestions for further promotion. The site also has around 300 backlinks, and recently underwent a fairly large link campaign which I expect will take effect in around 2-3 weeks from now.
Lastly, the content is all unique as is the design. I can supply the winning bidder a signed agreement which shows I will not use the content or design again!
